Ibrahim Tariq · WordPress Operator
WordPress, run as a business.
I’m Ibrahim, a WordPress operator from Pakistan. I’ve built sites for agencies and founders in the US, Canada, Australia, Germany and Romania, and I publish what I’ve learned about winning the work, shipping it and keeping clients after launch.

The series
WordPress Operators
Short videos for people who run WordPress for clients. Not tutorials. The business side nobody teaches: pricing, scope creep, delivery and keeping the client after launch.
AI makes building a website cheaper every month. Running one well for a client is still where the trust and the money are.
- WinScoping, pricing and closing WordPress projects with western clients.
- DeliverShipping on time, white-label, without the late-night fire drills.
- KeepCare plans, updates and the relationship after launch day.
What clients say
Founders, agency owners and sales leaders I’ve shipped WordPress work for.
“By far the best WordPress developer I have met in the past 8 years.”
“The WordPress partner we wish we had earlier.”
“Ibrahim’s team executes flawlessly.”
“Great at taking initiative… extremely fair on scoping and pricing.”
“Easily the best WordPress developer I’ve worked with.”
“It all looks amazing… Highly recommend.”

In the community
Pakistan’s WordPress community is where I learned the craft. I show up, meet people and bring it back to the series.

How I got here
Self-taught, from Multan. Learned English from YouTube and WordPress by shipping.
First site, built for my dad
He liked it enough to refer my first client: a digital marketing agency site, paid $250.
Went full-time and opened an office
Started taking WordPress work seriously, mostly for western agencies and founders.
From $250 sites to $7,500 projects
Closed WordPress projects between $5,000 and $7,500 and built a remote delivery team around them.
